Helium
Helium has unique properties, including its extremely low density, inert nature, and very low boiling point, which allows it to be used in a wide range of specialized applications like inflating balloons, cooling superconducting magnets in MRI machines, leak detection, and as a carrier gas in analytical instruments.
Oxygen
is produced and supplied at a very high purity level, specifically for applications in research, medical use, or industrial processes where precise oxygen concentrations are required, exceeding the standard atmospheric level and often needing stricter quality controls than typical industrial oxygen supplies
